Woodland Mindfulness Hike (F)

Pre-registration is required to attend this program, due to limited capacity. Online registration closes at 12pm the day before the program.

Join Naturalist and Wellness Coach, Camilla Voelker, for a guided evening mindfulness hike! Enjoy the benefits of both slowing down and being in nature in community. The total distance covered will be less than a mile, and may include small hills and/or stairs. Come prepared to be outside for the entire program.

This program is recommended for teens and adults.

This experience is one of the FREE activities we are offering this month in celebration of Admission Free April.

Please Note: This program will take place entirely outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, this program will be canceled, and participants will be notified of their refund options.
