Our biannual Nature Makers Markets are celebrations of quality craftsmanship and artisan-made goods, inspired by nature and/or made of natural materials. These one-day markets take place in May and November and feature approximately 30 Michigan artists. Items for sale may include art prints, textiles, jewelry, watercolor paintings, stationery, ceramics, glassworks, wool goods, stickers, pins, wood items, botanical skin care, succulent planters, dried flowers, resin crafts, and more.
If you’ve vended at our market before, you are already on our mailing list and will be considered for future markets. If you are interested in becoming a vendor at our market, please read out market guidelines attached below. Then, fill out the application form below to be added to our artist mailing list, which includes submitting photos of your work. This form is only open twice per year, so check back during the open application times if the form is closed. If your work is match with our markets, we will contact you about future markets. Consideration is given first to artists who have participated with us before. Therefore, we usually have very limited spots available to new artists at each market. However, new artists are accepted into each market. Participation in one market does not guarantee participation in future markets. This allows opportunities for new artists to participate in a market, as well as making each market unique with new offerings from new artists.
Artists are chosen by a jury of Blandford staff with the goal of exhibiting a variety of high-quality goods of differing materials and aesthetics. We will contact you either way if you’ve been accepted into the market.
