DIY Barn Quilt

Pre-registration is required for this program.

Join us at the Blandford Farm to make your very own barn quilt at this unique DIY class! A barn quilt is a large wooden square painted to look like a quilt square which is then hung outside of your home. Barn quilts are thought to bring good luck and prosperity. Explore a few quilt designs and then construct your own 2’ x 2’ wooden barn quilt to take home with you, where you can spruce up your home or garden space.

Members: $28
Non-members: $35

NOTE: Program is for adults and children ages 13 with adult supervision. Registration will close 4 days before this class to allow for supply acquisition and preparation. If you have questions, please contact Sarah at bass@blandfordnaturecenter.org.

Please note there are NO BATHROOMS AT THE FARM from November to March and only port-a-potties available from April to October. The nearest full-service bathrooms are at the Blandford Visitor Center, a 10-15 minute walk or 2 minute drive away.

Please Note: This program will take place indoors and outdoors. In the event of severe weather, the program will be cancelled and participants will be notified of their refund options.
