Summer Adventure Series: Feathered Friends

Explore the nature of summer in this fun, exploratory program series in Blandford’s forests and meadow. We will meet some of Blandford’s resident wildlife, take a hike to see what kinds of plants and animals inhabit Blandford in the summertime, and play in the great outdoors. This week our special activity will be all about birds: we will use binoculars, hike trails, and learn all about our feathered friends!

This program is recommended for families with children aged 4-12. An adult chaperone is required to register and attend at this program.

Please Note: This program will take place outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, this program will be canceled, and participants will be notified of their refund options. All participants are required to wear masks for the duration of the program and will be expected to stay socially distanced as much as possible.

Covid-19 Information: In accordance with current CDC guidelines and State of Michigan COVID regulations, Blandford Nature Center requires all staff, visitors, and program participants ages 2 and up to wear masks while inside all buildings and for the duration of all programs both inside and outside, regardless of vaccination status.
