Community programs

In addition to our educational programming for children, Blandford Nature Center provides many ways for individuals and families to get their hands dirty while learning about nature. Three of these opportunities include:

• Saturday or Evening Programs - Visit our events page to see all the programs we offer.  They vary for age groups and interest.  RSVP is generally required for all programs.

• Community Garden – Community members plant, learn and grow together in their understanding of organic gardening practices by renting spaces in our open garden area, a shared space where community members plant together and learn together about growing successful gardens.
  
  
• Summer Day Camp – We engage children of all ages and interests in single day and full-week programs focused on exploring the natural world and learning about good environmental practices.  A new program for older youth is our Youth Farm Team, available in the spring and summer.
