Hello! My name is Aaron Snippe and I am the new Farm Manager at BlandFord Nature Center. I grew up here in West Michigan and went to Calvin College. Although I grew up on a farm, during my childhood I had no intention of becoming a farmer until I was introduced to organic and sustainable agriculture. I have always enjoyed nature and being outside. I also discovered my passion for fresh local food. With these interests and passions, I started working on an organic CSA and have loved it ever since.

I am excited to be part of the farm at Blandford and the opportunities that are here for the farm and nature center. It will be exciting to watch, as we transform what once was a farm many years ago into a farm again that is both sustainable and produces good quality food.
